Motivo:

Quando ocorre o erro a tag <trib> não está completa, exemplo da tag incorreta:
<trib>
<tribMun>
<tribISSQN>1</tribISSQN>
<tpRetISSQN>1</tpRetISSQN>
</tribMun>
</trib>

Exemplo da tag correta:
<trib>
<tribMun>
<tribISSQN>1</tribISSQN>

<pTotTribSN>1.00</pTotTribSN>
</totTrib>
</trib>


Na API Focus, geralmente o motivo vai ser nos campos que compoe a tag <trib>:
nacional.tipo_retencao_iss
nacional.tipo_retencao_pis_cofins
nacional.regime_tributario_simples_nacional
nacional.percentual_total_tributos_simples_nacional
